Think Perform commenced operation in February 2011 with a specific aim to assist businesses become more competitive and sustainable by improving their operations through Lean training targeted at the operational (shop floor) level. We are located right across Australia including Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney.
Think Perform is part of Thrive Alliance with over 45 years’ experience assisting organisations with their training and development requirements. Think Perform operates as a Registered Training Organisation nationally throughout Australia.
We have created a learning strategy that is unique, and we deliver our programs through our team of qualified, industry experienced facilitators.
The approach adopted is a very hands-on with the majority of training conducted in the workplace and approximately 20% of time identifying theory within workshops. This methodology fully respects, understands and addresses everyday challenges that arise within the organisation. The result is increased operational efficiency, higher staff engagement, and streamlined processes to sustain this advantage into the future.
Through our unique process it is not the qualification that is unique – it is our programs. Our programs have been designed to enable participants to identify challenges in their role and provide them with the tools to remove those obstacles. This is a hands-on competency based training program, and after successful completion it will see participants gain a nationally recognised qualification at either a Certificate III or Certificate IV level.
