This month we reached a milestone event in Think Perform’s history: We refreshed the Think Perform brand, improved our consulting capability and announced the creation of Thrive Alliance, a brand joining together our group of companies.
For over 6 years, Think Perform has been assisting businesses to become more competitive and sustainable through Operational Excellence Programs utilising Lean principles and tools. Specialising in Warehousing, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Health and Transport/Logistics, Think Perform has worked with organisations of all sizes throughout Australia and New Zealand including well known organisations such as News Corporation, Austral, Fletcher Building and Parmalat. At the core of Think Performs offering is our commitment to work with our clients to transform their organisation and embed sustainable Lean and Continuous Improvement behaviours which result in a more engaged workforce and measurable R.O.I.
We are also proud to announce the addition of Think Perform Solutions (TPS), the consulting division of Think Perform.
TPS provides world-class insight and practical strategies to organisations seeking to enhance efficiency, competitiveness and profitability. Utilising Lean methodologies and tools as well as significant client-side and consulting experience, TPS delivers tailored solutions specific to your business needs via direct consulting as well as conducting a Lean Maturity Assessment. The final big announcement for Think Perform in April is the creation of Thrive Alliance. Thrive Alliance is the umbrella brand that joins together our group of complimentary and specialised brands, all with the same purpose – creating exceptional results through people. In itself, the name Thrive Alliance speaks to the vision for our group of companies and brands; an alliance of people, brands, products and services which empower our Participants and Client Organisations to thrive.
The launch of Thrive Alliance and the development and additions to the products and services offered, is a result of ongoing feedback from our Clients and Participants. We believe it is our responsibility as your trusted training and development partner to provide tried and tested development programs which deliver measurable results and R.O.I whilst innovating and releasing new tools and courses which satisfy a broader range of your needs and requirements. The Thrive Alliance Framework allows us to do just that.
